Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a critical layer of security to your Tilaa account. Even if someone guesses your password, they cannot access your account without the physical token from your phone.

Before you begin, ensure you have a TOTP-compatible app installed on your smartphone. Common options include:

Setting up 2FA

Log in to the Tilaa Cloud Dashboard.

Click on your Name / Avatar in the top right corner to open the user menu.

Select Setup Multi-Factor Authentication.

Scan the QR Code.
Open your authenticator app on your phone and scan the code displayed on the screen. -
Verify.
Enter the 6-digit code generated by your app and provide a device name (e.g., "iPhone John"). Click confirm to finalize the setup.
Lost your device?
If you lose your phone or delete the authenticator app, you will be locked out of your account.
Recovery Procedure:
For security reasons, 2FA can only be disabled by our verification team.
If you are locked out, please contact Tilaa Support immediately. You may be asked to verify your identity before access is restored.
