You can manage your contact information, address details, and invoice preferences directly via the MyTilaa Dashboard.
1. Changing Contact Information
To update your personal details or physical address:
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Edit my account.
- Here you can modify:
- First and Last Name
- Street Address, Zip Code, and City
- Phone Number
- Email Address (for billing and notifications)
- Click Save changes at the bottom.
2. Restrictions (Country & Company Name)
Some details cannot be changed via the self-service portal due to tax regulations and identity verification requirements.
Locked Fields:
To update these specific fields, please send a request to support@tilaa.com.
- Country: Changing your country affects your VAT status (e.g., Reverse Charge vs Local Tax).
- Company Name / VAT Number: Changing the legal entity requires a check by our administration.

3. Security & Access
On this page, you can also manage the security of your account.
- Password: Update your login credentials.
- Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling 2FA. See our 2FA Setup Guide for instructions.
- User Management: Need to give a colleague access? Don't share your password; create a separate user account for them.
