Yes, you can transfer the ownership of a VPS to a different Tilaa customer account (e.g., when moving from a personal to a business account, or handing over a project).
No Downtime:
This transfer is purely administrative. Your server, IP addresses, and data remain online and accessible throughout the process.

Prerequisites
Before our support team can process the transfer, the following conditions must be met to ensure the billing systems do not conflict:
- No Open Invoices: The current account must have a zero balance.
- Verified Destination: The new account (recipient) must already exist and have verified contact details.
-
Clean Configuration: The VPS cannot have active dependencies. You must first cancel/remove:
- Attached Virtual Networks (VLANs).
- Managed Backup subscriptions.
Why remove Add-ons?
Our system cannot migrate complex dependencies (like private networks linked to other servers) automatically. You must decouple these services before the transfer request and re-enable them on the new account afterwards.
