When adding new users to your MyTilaa account, you can assign specific roles to limit their access. This follows the security principle of "Least Privilege": give people only the access they need to do their job.

Detailed Breakdown
1. Administrator
This is the "Super User". They have unrestricted access to every part of the dashboard, including the ability to delete servers and remove other users. Be careful who you assign this to.
- Emails: Receives all notifications (Billing, Technical, Maintenance, Abuse).
2. Technical Admin
Has full control over the VPS technical aspects, including destructive actions like reinstalling the OS or changing the hardware specs (resizing).
- Emails: Receives Technical & Maintenance notifications.
3. Technical User (Restricted)
Can perform day-to-day operations (like rebooting a stuck server) but cannot make structural changes or destroy data via a reinstall.
- Emails: Receives Technical & Maintenance notifications.
4. Financial Admin
Strictly limited to the "Financial" tab. They cannot see or control any servers.
- Emails: Receives Invoices, Payment reminders, and Order confirmations.
