How to Order
Licenses are not yet available for self-service ordering in the dashboard. To purchase a license, please contact our support team.
- Send an email to support@tilaa.com.
- Include the following details:
- VPS ID: The server where the software will be used.
- Product: Specific version and edition (e.g., SQL Server 2019 Standard).
- Quantity: Number of licenses/cores/users required.
Billing Policy: No Pro-Rata
Unlike our VPS resources (which are billed pro-rata), Microsoft SPLA licenses are billed for the full calendar month, regardless of the activation date.
Example: If you order a license on the 28th of the month, you are required to pay the full monthly fee for that month.

Fulfillment Process
Once we receive your request:
- We verify the order and add the subscription to your account.
- Our engineers mount the installation ISO to your VPS virtual drive.
- We reply to your ticket with the License Key (if applicable) so you can proceed with the installation inside your server.
