If you need more than 2 concurrent users on your Windows VPS (Remote Desktop Session Host), you need to purchase RDS Subscriber Access Licenses (SALs).
Because activating these licenses requires entering Tilaa's confidential SPLA agreement numbers directly into the server, our support team must perform this activation for you.
Step 1: Grant Access
Before sending your request, you must create a temporary administrator account so our engineers can log in to perform the activation.

Step 2: Send Request
Once the user is created, send an email to support@tilaa.com using the template below.
Subject: Request RDP License Activation - VPS: [VPS ID/Name] Dear Tilaa Support, I would like to order and activate Remote Desktop Services (RDS) licenses. Details: - Customer Number: [Your Customer ID] - VPS ID/Name: [The server to activate] - Quantity: [Number of Users/SALs] Access: I have created a temporary admin user for you: - Username: TilaaSupport - Password: [Password] (or sent via secure link) I agree to the additional monthly charges as listed on the pricing page. Kind regards, [Your Name]

Step 3: Activation Process
Our support team will pick up your ticket during business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00 CET).
- Timeline: We aim to complete the activation within 1 hour of picking up the ticket.
- Usage: Please avoid making configuration changes to the server (rebooting/installing roles) while we are working on it.
- Completion: We will confirm via email once the licenses are active. You can then remove the temporary user.
