Tilaa utilizes a fully automated provisioning system. In most cases, you can be up and running within minutes of placing your order.
1. Payment Processing
Your server is released for installation immediately after we receive your payment confirmation. The timing depends on the payment method chosen:
- Instant (Credit Card, PayPal, iDEAL, Sofort): The server is added to your account immediately.
- Manual Bank Transfer: Processing can take 1-3 business days. The server will only be available once the funds are cleared in our bank account.
2. Installation Process
Once payment is confirmed, the server status in your dashboard changes to Not installed yet. You are in control of when the actual installation starts.
- Log in to the MyTilaa Dashboard.
- Click the Install button next to your new VPS.
- The automated system will deploy your chosen Operating System.
How long does deployment take?
After clicking 'Install', the process typically takes between 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the size of the OS image (Windows takes slightly longer than Linux).
Once the status changes to Running, your server is ready for use!
