You can manage your recurring payments through your Tilaa dashboard: https://my.tilaa.com/billing#recurring . We support SEPA direct debit on iDEAL, Sofort, and manual bank transfers. Please note that to select a SEPA direct debit, we require an initial payment history, so an initial manual payment is necessary before this payment method can be selected as a recurring SEPA direct debit payment method. You can set up payment authorizations through the following link: https://my.tilaa.com/billing#recurring_manage . When making a manual bank transfer, please ensure you add your customer number and invoice number as a reference on the transfer. This helps us process your payment efficiently.
