cPanel licenses are tiered based on the number of Accounts (distinct users/websites) hosted on the server. As your business grows, you may need to upgrade your license to accommodate more accounts.
License Tiers
We offer the standard cPanel tiered structure:
- Admin: Up to 5 Accounts.
- Pro: Up to 30 Accounts.
- Premier: Up to 100 Accounts (scalable in blocks of 50).
How to request a License Change
Currently, license modifications cannot be processed automatically via the dashboard. Our support team handles these requests manually to ensure the correct tier is applied.
To request a change:
- Send an email to support@tilaa.com.
- Include the following details:
- VPS ID: (e.g., 12345)
- Current License: (e.g., Admin)
- Desired License: (e.g., Pro or Premier)
- Please explicitly state that you agree to the new monthly pricing.
Activation Process
Once support confirms the change, the upgrade is instant on our billing side. However, your server needs to synchronize with the licensing system.
