When managing a cPanel server, there are two different interfaces you can access. Depending on your goal, you need to use a different port number.
1. WHM (Web Host Manager)
Target Audience: Server Administrators (Root)
Use WHM to configure the server, manage DNS, create cPanel accounts, and manage security.

root - Password: Your root password (sent via email or found in the dashboard).
2. cPanel Interface
Target Audience: Website Owners / End Users
Use cPanel to manage specific websites, email accounts, databases, and files.

Firewall Blocks
If the page does not load at all (timeout), ensure that your office IP is not blocked by the server's firewall.
- Try accessing the page from a different connection (e.g., 4G/Mobile) to test.
