Tilaa does not provide a managed SMTP relay service. As an unmanaged hosting provider, we give you the freedom to set up and manage your own mail server configuration (e.g., Postfix, Exim, or Exchange).
Port Blocking Policy
In general, Tilaa does not permanently block any network ports. You are free to send emails directly from your VPS without the strict requirement of an external relay host.
Temporary Restriction on New Servers:
To prevent spam abuse and protect our network reputation, outgoing traffic on port 25 (SMTP) is temporarily blocked for all newly deployed servers.
This block is automatically lifted a few hours after your VPS becomes active. If you cannot send mail immediately after installation, please wait a few hours before troubleshooting.
