How to contact Tilaa?

If you can't find the answer to your question in our knowledge base you can contact the Tilaa support desk.

You can open a ticket with the support desk by going to your dashboard > Support > Submit a request. You can also send an email to or call us on +31 (0)85 2100-500

The Tilaa support desk is available during weekdays from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM CEST.

We can assist you in the languages Dutch and English.
