Oke, but how do I change which license I'm using?
It could be that you are using a Pro license right now, but you recently acquired new customers and need to increase license. Unfortunately, at this time it's not possible to change the license yourself from our dashboard.
To change the license you can send our Support desk an email stating you need a different license. You can send an email to support@tilaa.com.
Please list the following in your message:
- Which VPS you want to increase the license
- Which license you have now (Admin, Pro, Premier, etc)
- What license you need to increase your business (Admin, Pro, Premier, etc)
- And that you agree to the new costs per month
We will confirm when the license has been increased from our end. Your VPS will automatically receive the new license from cPanel within a few hours. There is no reboot needed.
