To get a backup restored, you have to contact our support desk. After gaining some additional information we'll be able to restore it for you.
What do we need to help you?
Please create a support ticket from within the MyTilaa dashboard or by sending us an email.
Let us know which files and/or directories you'd like to have restored, from which time/date and to which directory on your server you'd like to have them restored. Within our opening window, we will then restore them as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that you need to be subscribed to the Tilaa Managed Backup Service. You can find more information about this on https://www.tilaa.com/en/vps/add-ons
