To get a backup restored, you have to contact our support desk. We will need some additional information regarding the restoring of the backup.
Create a support ticket from within the MyTilaa dashboard or by sending us an email.
Please specify which files and/or directories, from which time/date, and to which directory on your server you want them restored.
We shall then restore them as soon as we can within our opening window.
Keep in mind that you need to be subscribed to the Tilaa Managed Backup Service.
