Can I change my customer account details?

You can edit most of your details yourself: https://my.tilaa.com/customers/edit

  • If there's an error in your account name or you have moved to another country, please send us a request from your account to change this.
  • If you'd like to change the owner of your account, change your company name, change from a private to a company account or change your BTW/VAT number you have to follow the steps below.
  1. Please create a new customer account, log out of your Tilaa account and sign up for a new account via https://my.tilaa.com/users/register
  2. (optional) If you want to select the type of account (business or consumer) click on 'Account' (https://my.tilaa.com/en/customers/view) in the dashboard. Click on edit below 'Your location' and make sure to select business or consumer. You could also edit your account details on this page, for example your company name.
  3. Follow the steps here to transfer your subscription to the new account: https://support.tilaa.com/entries/97865507-Can-I-transfer-my-VPS-to-a-different-account-
