How to change bank account / credit card details

You can change your payment method in My Tilaa's Financial section. Any changes you make should be double-checked, since it is your responsibility to double-check that all of the information is correct.  

On the Finance page, click the ‘Change payment method’ button next to the current payment method.

You will now have to complete your next invoice manually, at which point you can specify your new payment details. If you want, you can enable recurring payments for your new bank account or credit card during the payment process.

If you prefer not to wait until the next invoice is sent, you can add credit to your account immediately.

Select an option, and enter the payment amount (value must be equal or greater than 5).

All done. This credit will be used to settle your next invoice.
