Tilaa has its own network and performs all the routing itself. Tilaa uses Juniper MX routers.
Redundant connections between data centers.
Thanks to redundant connections between the datacenters, the routers are directly connected with one another, so that each one can take over the other’s tasks in the event of disruption or maintenance. Each router has various uplinks to the internet.
These uplinks are provided by different network suppliers to guarantee maximum redundancy. If an uplink stops working, the traffic is immediately routed to the final destination using an alternative path.
The Tilaa network is directly connected to a number of top-of-class exchanges and transit providers like AMS-IX, TATA Communications, and Telia Company (formerly known as TeliaSonera).
