Is there a firewall on my server?

Some of our images contain a firewall.

CentOS, Fedora, and Scientific Linux have IPTables enabled by default to only allow ssh access.

The Windows Firewall only allow RDP (Remote Desktop) access.

If desired, you can configure these firewalls differently or turn them off. However, we recommend that you always use a firewall on your server.
