|Information and data||Customer||The customer is responsible for the data and information. That also means that they are responsible for the data encryption at rest and in transit.|
|Container||Customer||All software and behaviour that is inside the container is the responsibility of the customer.|
|Patching||Customer||Patching the libraries and software that is used inside the container is the responsibility of the customer.|
|Network Configuration||Shared||Tilaa is responsible for the network's proper configuration and that no network related issues will be experienced by the user. However, the user is given the control to open ports and make use of the network internally and externally. It is the responsibility of the customer to limit access to their containers and using our network conform our fair use policy.|
|Cluster||Tilaa||Tilaa is responsible for the underlying technology, making sure that it is available, secure and operational.|
|Operating system||Tilaa||The underlying operating system will be maintained by Tilaa. All security patches and updates will be executed by Tilaa.|
|Physical layer||Tilaa||Tilaa is responsible for the complete physical layer. This includes replacing hardware, connections and physical access.|
