HowTo - Change company account details

In the Account details section, you can manage your account. For example, you can change your account details, set up two-factor authentication, and manage users associated to your client account.

If you want to change your company information, like company name, VAT/BTW number.
You can request this at support, email us at support@tilaa.com

Please send us the following information:

Customer number
Current Company name
Current VAT/BTW number
Current Street + Number
Current Zip code
Current City
Current Country

And send us the following information,

New Company name
New VAT/BTW number
New Street + Number
New Zip Code
New City
New Country

If the address stays the same, just let us know in the email.
We will make the changes as soon as possible.
